Deals: the admin can decide product deals or discounts for special dates, this will be advertised across all our social platforms.
Kindly note that you can’t claim a deal once the date has passed.
Refunds: in a situation where it has been clearly proven that the wrong item was delivered and the customer can’t find any other related item design as a replacement, then a full refund will be made.
In custom cases, except until proven beyond a reasonable doubt, a refund can only be done upon sale of the produced item
Refunds are also subject to mutual agreement between the customer and a top admin rep
