Our goal is to make furniture purchases convenient and hassle-free. To place an order, take the following steps:
Pre-fabricated Designs:
- Check our shop, by clicking the SHOP menu, check the category for which the item you want belongs to and click the category option
- Browse through the product samples or use the search bar to narrow down your search
- When you find an item of interest, you can confirm availability by chatting directly with our sales rep via the WhatsApp button on the product page.
- Once the item is confirmed available, you can place your order directly with the sales rep and schedule your delivery date
Custom Order: place order for your furniture to be produced to your specification e.g color, fabric choice, style, size, etc
- Check our portfolio for inspiration or share internet photos of sample designs
- Kindly note, for the sake of our integrity, there are some designs we don’t replicate and for designs to be replicated, kindly note that finished look may not be 100% replication, but we can guarantee – quality materials and neat finishing. Also, we can reject an order based on a timeline for production and also limitations of material availability.
- Depending on the design and our workshop schedule, production for items like bed sets can take 3 days – 3 weeks, while sofa or dining sets take an average of 2 weeks to 1 month.
SUPPLY – SERVICE STRUCTURE || IMPORTANT NOTICE
- Delivery is not free except stated or agreed as included in the price with the admin as a discount
- Payment of delivery is a proof of customer commitment towards agreed terms and service conditions for Lagos ONLY orders.
- If ordering on behalf of a client, before installation will commence, payment of goods ordered must be paid
- If the goods ordered is to be received by another person such as staff etc, on behalf of the customer, payment has to be made before installation will commence
- After payment of delivery fee, delivery has to be made with 48hours except a schedule has been discussed with the admin & may include warehousing charge
